Travel the famous Southern Route at the wheel of a 4x4. It is one of the most spectacular roads in the world. Rarely tarred, it is 1200km long and required more than 20 years of work. From Puerto Montt to Villa O'higgins, it crosses the northern Chilean Patagonia.
During your adventure in this region, you will cross primary forests, you will have the opportunity to observe glaciers, you will walk along turquoise rivers, and you will see farms of settlers.

Today you fly to Balmaceda from Santiago.

- Pick up your rental car at the airport of Balmaceda and departure towards the city of Puerto Tranquilo for your first steps on the Austral road, which is one of the most extreme in the world.

Day 3: Puerto Tranquilo - Marble Cathedral by kayak
After spending the free morning, you go kayaking to the natural sanctuary of Capilla de Tresses.

A long but incredible day awaits you.

Crossing of the General Carrera Lake by ferry then heading towards Cohyaique.

Free day on an autotour before departure for the capital.
